May 2012

Another surprize, the boys stacked their toys into a high tower.

Cole Loses His First Tooth

When Cole was 5, almost 6, he got 2 loose teeth.  Both bottom front teeth.  They both became loose on April 5th.
He lost his bottom left tooth on May 3 when had just turned 6.
I was watching tv and he and Brady had went into their room to play.  I didn't know it, but Cole had snuck an apple into his room.
Soon after, he came running out holding his tooth and said, "Mom, I was eating an apple and it just fell out!"  I had told him since it first became loose that he shouldn't eat an apple or anything hard unless it was cut up first.  Brady is looking at the tooth.
He couldn't wait to put it under his pillow at night so the toothfairy would come.  He said he was going to be rich because he remembered getting a fortune from a fortune cookie a while ago that said he would be rich.
The toothfairy came and left him 5 gold one dollar coins.  He woke up in the middle of the night and came into my room and over to me and said, "Mom the toothfairy came.  I think these are nickles!"  The room was dark, but I said, "These are gold coins, how many are there?"  I had him hand them to me and counted 5.

Cole Turns 6!

This year, Cole invited a lot of kids from his kindergarten class to his birthday party.  There were 8 kids that came.  We celebrated his friend party on Saturday, April 21st.
Started out with pin the tail on the donkey.
 Then we had a pinata.
 Next we had some cake.
 Cole then opened his presents.
Some of his cousins came too.
Those who came were Ryan, Camden, Isaac, Alex, Isabelle, Amber, Maddison, Erik, Jakobi, Stockton, Ryker, Trey and Landon.

Then next day, we had a family party.
 Another cake and more presents.

The First Time This Has Happened

Most kids end up making huge messes all over the house, emptying cupboards, destroying rooms in a few seconds.  My kids have been the opposite.  Especially Cole.  He is very good about keeping things in their place.  Then came Brady.  A little different than Cole.  Brady makes more of a mess, but nothing terrible.  So when I saw this after I got out of the shower, I had to laugh.
April 19th, Brady pulled all the toilet paper off the roll and put it in the toilet!

Brady is 3!

3 already!  Brady had a great birthday.  We had family came over, opened presents and ate cake.  This is the only picture we took.  The party is on video.

March 2012 Happenings

Mar 1
My friend from Piedad raises cows so we went to see them on Mar 3.
Cole feeding the cows.  Brady didn't want to feed them.
The boys wanted to show me a surprize.  I came into my room to find this.  They had taken stuff from all over the house and piled it onto my bed.
